3. Provider Terms and Guardrails

Each LLM available on ORUSH AI is subject to the individual provider’s specific terms of service and safety policies. Any content filtering, safety guardrails, or lack thereof, reside entirely with the respective LLM provider. 4. Limitation of Liability

ORUSH AI shall not be held liable in any case for the outputs or responses generated by the models provided on the platform. All responses are generated by third-party LLMs based on user input.

5. User Responsibility

Full responsibility for content generation, its subsequent use, and compliance with applicable laws rests solely with the user and the LLM provider generating the content.
