This can happen if you hit a rate limit or if there’s a network interruption.

• Action: Try refreshing the page or waiting a moment before sending another message.
• Tip: Upgrading your plan raises your rate limits significantly.

Can I save my chats?

Yes, all your chat sessions are automatically saved to your history unless you manually delete them.

Troubleshooting

I’m not receiving my verification email.

1. Check your Spam/Junk folder.
2. Wait a few minutes as email delivery can sometimes be delayed.
3. If it still doesn’t arrive, try signing up again or contact support.

The “Auto-select” model isn’t working.

If Auto-select fails, ORUSH automatically falls back to a reliable default model (usually Claude or Gemini) so you can keep chatting without interruption.
